Canon Photo Camera

Im so hyped.

Two days from now, at this very moment, I will be in The O2/Point Depot in Dublin watching Counting Crows perform&!nbsp; Ive been looking forward to this since I booked the tickets last August.  They were supposed to play in November but they postponed for financial reasons, which I was mighty pissed off with, so Ive had to wait extra long to see them.  I dont mind though.  Itll be worth it.  Theres a word for that.  I think its called DEDICATION.

Counting Crows are probably one of my main musical influences.  Ive been listening to them ever since the Your Club years when the Greystones gang introduced me to them.  If I remember correctly, I originally thought they were called County Crows&!nbsp; Its been almost 10 years now, and it feels so weird to realise that finally the day has come that I am old enough to say thinks like "Ive been doing that for 10 years".  Wow.  I am old.

Anyway.  Dan, one of my closest friends, is coming with me to the Crows gig.  Were gonna go early and queue to get a good spot front and centre.  I have to carry the tradition I had with my old concert buddies of queuing for hours beforehand and playing War from the palms of our hands.  Jen and Eubanks, if youre out there, I miss ya both&!nbsp; Im still deciding whether or not to bring Molly.  Molly, in case you didnt know, is my beautiful camera.  Shes a Canon EOS 450D and shes a little over a year old.  I love her to bits.  Hence the dilemma.  If I bring her with me and some jerk accidentally spills beer all over her or someone bumps into me and squashes her and breaks her, Ill be heartbroken.  But I really want to bring her to try and get some really cool shots of Adam Duritz.  The last gig photos I took were of Gemma Hayes, and that was about two years ago.  Ive since then met her actually, but thats a different story. ;)
